German Michael Schumacher dedicated his victory on Sunday's Spanish Grand Prix to Guia di Montezemolo, Ferrari president's new-born daughter.
The German driver, who won a dramatic race after McLaren's Mika Hakkinen retired with a mechanical failure on the final lap, admitted Luca di Montezemolo had asked him to dedicate the win to his daughter.
"Montezemolo asked what I was going to give to Guia," Schumacher said, "so I decided to dedicate this victory to her. I'd also like to send my best wishes to Ludovica Montezemolo on the birth of the child, and I hope I will see the baby soon."
Guia, Montezemolo's third child but the first one with his current wife Ludivica, was born on April 23.
