The Ferrari team has re-signed their three of the most important members of their Formula One team, credited for bringing the drivers' and constructors' titles after 21 years.
According to reports in the British press, sporting director Jean Todt, technical director Ross Brawn, and chief designer Rory Byrne, will remain with the legendary Italian outfit after this season.
Frenchman Todt joined Ferrari back in 1993, and he was the responsible for bringing World Champion Michael Schumacher to the team in 1996. The German was then followed by Ross and Byrne, who had worked with him during his years with the Benetton team.
The previous contracts of the three key members were to expire at the end of the 2001 season, and though there still no official confirmation from Ferrari, they are thought to have signed long-term deals.
