Formula One World Champion Michael Schumacher has said he sometimes finds it difficult to cope with the pressures of wealth and fame.
"I find this high popularity rather negative," the Ferrari driver told German daily Die Welt in an interview. "I don't want to be famous."
Despite being one of the wealthiest sportsmen in the world, the German said he found there were restrictions on his lifestyle.
"You can't use your money the way people imagine you can," he said. "For example if I sailed into a harbour in a yacht, I would feel like I'm in a zoo because people would start looking at me. That's why I wouldn't buy a yacht."
Ask what luxury meant to him, he said: "Time. Private life. A plane, so I can spare time and spend more of it with my family."
