Formula One sensation Kimi Raikkonen, the young teammate of Briton David Coulthard at McLaren, has got engaged to model girlfriend Jenni Dahlman.

Quiet Finn Raikkonen, 22, has been dating Dahlman, a former Miss Scandinavia two years his junior, since the middle of last year.

In keeping with Formula One's glamour lifestyle, Raikkonen split with his former long-term girlfriend just six months after making his Grand Prix debut with Sauber.

A spokesperson for the Woking-based team confirmed on Tuesday that Raikkonen, 22, will tie the knot with Dahlman, but said no date has yet been set.
