Brazilian Grand Prix newcomer Felipe Massa insisted on Friday that he is yet to speak with Ferrari about racing for them in 2003.
Ferrari are believed to have an option on the services of Massa, 20, who is in his debut Grand Prix year with the Ferrari-powered Sauber team.
And although there have been suggestions that current Ferrari driver Rubens Barrichello will start discussions over his place in the team this weekend, Massa insists he has so far made no contact.
"It's not true," Massa said about the rumours that he is talking to the Italian squad. "Ferrari, next year, I know nothing. I never spoke with anybody. Everybody says, but I haven't.
"It is a dream for sure, but my present is here (Sauber) and I want to do my best here."
Massa scored a point in his second Grand Prix and he believes that, despite two non-finishes, he is performing well enough to impress the Italian marque and make his dream come true.
"For sure it is not easy but I am learning and I am quite happy about my performance," he said. "So, we will wait and see."
