Monday April 22nd, 2002

Murray Walker Lands BAFTA AwardGrand Prix legend Murray Walker received a special award for his contribution to television at the British Association of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) last weekend.

Walker retired at the end of last year and had commentated on Grand Prix racing every season since the Formula One World Championship was created in 1950.

He will also appear on the ITV Formula One show, which he left last year, when he guests in the studio for the British Grand Prix.
