The Togni Circus Visits Fiorano

Monday December 16th, 2002

The Togni Circus Visits FioranoFerrari's celebratory party weekend came to an end on Sunday with an unusual event at their Fiorano test circuit, where the Togni Circus put up its Big Top.

For a day, instead of the red cars, the track was filled with hippopotami, rhinoceroses, horses, camels and zebras.

Amongst the audience were Ferrari President Luca di Montezemolo, with his wife Ludovica and daughter Guia, as well as Piero Ferrari, the team's sporting director Jean Todt, and World Champion Michael Schumacher and teammate Rubens Barrichello.

Both Schumacher and Barrichello, as well as two other members of the audience, went up on stage to take part in an impromptu concert.

"These past two days have been marvelous and it's been really great to spend them with all the people whose efforts have been fundamental in making this an unforgettable season," said Schumacher.
