Willy Weber, the manager of both Michael and Ralf Schumacher, is undergoing a legal investigation in Germany, according to tabloid newspaper Bild.

60-year old Weber was, according to the tabloid, the owner of Pole Position Marketing GmbH, a company that produced merchandising using the names of both the Ferrari and Williams stars.

However, the company went into liquidation with debts of around €4.5 million, with 78 people being laid off.

According to Bild, Weber transferred all his shares in the company to his lawyer Niels Harder, who immediately placed the firm into liquidation without the debts being paid.
