F1 Drivers Turn Out for Festival of Speed

Wednesday March 20th, 2002

Formula One drivers marked Goodwood Festival of Speed day in London on Wednesday by driving through the city in a collection of racing cars.

Fans watched the drivers depart from the Royal Hospital Chelsea, through Oakley Street and back to the Bluebird Club in King's Road where a reception was held.

Present at the event were Stirling Moss, Damon Hill, Jenson Button, Derek Bell, and Murray Walker along with Jeremy Clarkson, Michael Portillo and musician Mark Knopfler.
