World Champion Michael Schumacher is preparing for another celebration this weekend - when he and wife Corinna attend his younger brother Ralf's church wedding to Cora Brinkmann.
Schumacher junior wed Brinkmann on October 5 last year in a low-key ceremony attended by four witnesses that did not even include his then four-time World Champion brother. The pair had their first child, which arrived three weeks premature, 18 days later and named him David, but they have yet to have a full church wedding ceremony.
"I am really looking forward to the celebrations, so is Corinna and we are even more excited for Cora and Ralf," said the elder Schumacher. "It's sure to be a very moving day for them both.
"I can remember my wedding to Corinna so well - the feelings and the images are stored deep inside. It was a wonderful moment and I am sure it will be just as beautiful for Cora and Ralf."
Schumacher, who has enjoyed numerous parties this year to celebrate his own success, is looking forward to being one of the guests at someone else's party this time, and added: "I am certain we will contribute a few things to the success of the celebrations."
