Jacques Villeneuve continued his attack on Ferrari driver Eddie Irvine, who ran him off the track in the first corner of the Australian Grand Prix last Sunday.
Villeneuve said: "None of the drivers have any respect for him. When a driver makes a serious mistake because he has forgotten to think for a minute and then afterwards tries to blame everyone else, it gets a bit annoying. Several time a season gets himself in such a position, "added Villeneuve.
Johnny Herbert, who was also involved, had already stated: "He is an idiot sometimes. I am angry with Eddie, but not so much with what he did. That's him, he's a bit of a wild man at times. I'm angry because he never admits it when he has made a mistake."
No steps were taken by track officials against Irvine.
The rumour has that Alain Prost does not exclude the possibility of him returning to Formula One as a driver of his own team in 1998.
Gianni Morbidelli has completed the brake test program, started yesterday, with a best time of 1m 00.52s (82 laps). The weather was sunny and nice: 20 Degrees.
Michael Schumacher will continue testing tomorrow.
