Summary
Michael Schumacher completely dominated today's qualifying for the Hungarian Grand Prix. He took pole early in the session and only went faster and faster.
Villeneuve struggled with his Williams which even resulted in him going through the gravel trap and damaging the floor of the car. The team didn't repair his car but Villeneuve could improve on his time, he ended second on the grid.
World Champion Damon Hill seems to feel at home on this track to claim an excellent third position in his Arrows-Yamaha.
