Today was Ferrari's second day of testing at the Fiorano circuit before the forthcoming Monaco Grand Prix.
This morning, it rained again and Eddie Irvine made just a few laps on a wet track. After a long wait for the line to dry out, work began again at 16h00. The Irish driver worked on set-up and suspension in preparation for the Monte Carlo circuit. He also carried out some aerodynamic evaluation. Irvine did a total of 63 laps, with a best time of 1:02.794.
Testing at Fiorano continues tomorrow with Michael Schumacher and Luca Badoer.
