The second day of testing in Fiorano began today at 10:00 and continued late into the evening. Eddie Irvine spent the day working mainly on tyre testing for Bridgestone. he completed more than 100 laps with a best time of 1:01.524s. The team also tested at Monza (see separate report).

Tomorrow, at Fiorano, Luca Badoer will shake down two of the cars destined for the Canadian GP, while Eddie Irvine will continue working with the test car.
