Just two days after the French Grand Prix the Arrows Formula One team got back to work at the Vairano track in Italy, where the Leafield-based outfit will carry out a three-day session.
Two Asiatech-powered A22s will be at Irishman Jonny Kane's disposal in order to carry out several straight-line tests aimed to develop the car's aerodynamic set-up. 28-year old Kane, who already tested for the Arrows team back in May, will be in charge of the testing duties the three days.
Kane, 1997 British Formula Three Champion and BRDC McLaren Autosport Young Driver of Year in 1995, raced in the Indy Lights series the last two seasons before driving for the MG team at this year's Le Mans 24 Hours.
Being a straight-line test, no times were issued. Arrows will continue tomorrow and Thursday before returning to their Leafield headquarters.
