The Formula One teams and now only tyre supplier Bridgestone seem to be close to a deal concerning the amount of testing the teams can do. Bridgestone was at first only willing to supply the teams with tyres at official tests. Teams like Ferrari, who test at their own track, would not be supplied with tyres unless they come to the official tracks at the official testing times. Now a deal is near ensuring the teams with 200 tyres for this year which can be used in these unofficial testing sessions.
