Ferrari have invited Mika Salo to test for them at Monza tomorrow, and possibly replace Michael Schumacher while he is absent, recovering from his injuries. Salo's manager confirmed that the Finnish driver was invited to take a test, but that nothing beyond that has been agreed on.

Ferrari said in a statement today, that they hope to name Schumacher's replacement by tomorrow, in order to give the driver enough time to become familiar with the car before the Austrian Grand Prix, next week.
